heh...

I'm living there for now.. but if some of you remember from before, my gf is prego... so we might be moving in together... lots of unfinished business there. In buying a house, I made sure that I could accomodate should that be the case.

It's a house in WONDERFUL condition in a great neighborhood.... people outside taking care of their lawn/house... playing w/kids... leaving their car doors open while taking groceries in and talking for 15 min...

it was listed at 94, I offered 89, and they countered at 91 and I took it.

for comparisons, I live in decatur, IL (take a look at some of those online cost of living places)

60... the garage is AWESOME.... it was owned by realy anal retentive people, so it's good.

Even has a breaker box in the garage and a 20 hookup... I think they had a stove in there or something..

meglo.. I love the outside, but I'm prett much going to change everything inside.... definately including the bathrooms.... and the kitchen.

new paint on all the walls.. replacing the carpet down the line sometime.
