There is absolutely a way to not do what this guy is doing and have a relationship with your Investors and be lent money as the Investee at a nominal rate of 3-5%. Turn around and re-Invest that into a business, real e-state, or some other form of Asset you know will bring you a greater return.

What this guy is doing is fundamentally why we are in a financial crisis in this country. People borrowing to consume versus produce.

By all means, have fun but just don't get yourself killed. You can use this form of Leverage to get a head financially and you can also use it to kill yourself. You could borrow money to re-invest and be on good grounds with your investors and stand a much better chance of not having your life in jeopardy.

BTW, if they really did approve you for a loan. I say they get what is coming to them. Goes against all basic lending principles and I come from a long line of Money Changers.

The Kenwood is in the dash of my 07 Focus ST now....along with the ipod and satellite radio hookups i got from Crutchfield....i didn't really need a deck but i figured i needed to use the coupon on something worthwhile....before it expired...I'm sure other people win stuff on the internet also..i usually enter all sorts of contest and stuff and have won all kinds of things but that was the biggest so far mostly its $100 or $50 gift cards....but they are free ....i have one here i got from AT&T that just came in the mail it looks like a credit card and has a $100 limit...just because you don't get things doesn't mean other people don't...
