Job Description:

This position reports to the Order Fulfillment Center Director. Supply and Logistics team lead for hardware and software order fulfillment activities and is the primary contact for KAM Account Managers and Project Managers as it relates to these activities. Responsible for coordinating order fulfillment activities to ensure customer orders are delivered according to project or customer requirements.

Job Functions:

Provides direction to Supply and Logistics team members to ensure customer needs / project schedules are met.

Leads Supply and Logistics early involvement activity to ensure we are prepared for customer projects and provides input to management regarding performance and resource requirements.

Consults with buyer to ensure that orders are on schedule. Provides delivery confirmation date to KAM or customer.

Acts as the point of contact for the KAM or customer for resolution of problems impacting confirmed delivery dates, such as material availability, engineering issues, order clarification, material discrepancies, and addresses KAM questions or inquiries Monitors sales order status throughout the order fulfillment process Monitors and follows expedite material requests from conception to completion and advises KAM or customer of status.

Provides regular status reports on hardware and software orders.

Coordinates final delivery to site or warehouse with KAM or customer.

Coordinates with Procurement to resolve any supply or vendor performance issues that may impact customer projects.

Honestly if I get this job I would be at the max of my pay range. With no degree it sucks.
