Just a quick question

okay i have 2 kicker 15" l7s that are 4 ohms each and my amp alpine mrv 1507 and it puts out 1500 watts at 4 ohms how would i wire the dvc subs properly if i bridge them to that amp?

to me it sounds like he's confused... im trying to get it straight...

do you have single 4 ohm coils? dual 4 ohm coils on each sub? dual 2 ohm? etc etc... let me know for sure

ok..

wire each sub in parallel... 2 2 ohm loads...

now wire these in SERIES single 4 ohm load.

however, that amp will be soft on that pair of subs...

no, those subs are the right VC configs, just htat amp has relatively low power for a pair of them...

good power for a single one... but not for a pair...

its RMS is onlyy 900 watts.

I have a 1.0 stinger digital fard for it too and that amp pushes more than 1500 watts also its on teh upwards of 1900 watts

actually, that is the peak rating...

rms is a mere 900 watts... and it may be underrated, but not more than 1000 watts will come from it.
