I have a MTX TA7801 powering my 18" Fi Q.. with 0/1 Gauge wire... What decimal do you think I could hit at 12V I am using a stock battery. Also, do you think I should get another battery? How big should the battery be and how much will it cost?

DO I NEED ANOTHER BATTERY!!?!?

i think you're easily in the 170's. Only at low freq's though because we all know you need an 18 for the lows and 10's for the highs.

yeah the decimals will be off the wall homie. Build your box out of steel and add wood on the inner walls. This will prevent your box from blowing apart because it's going to get loud

Those guys above were giving you false hope though. I think 168 decimals is the most you can get out of that setup.

Alright thats fine.. I was just wondering.. Also, I am not too sure of the extent of how loud these decimals are... At 168 My ears would be bleeding if all doors were shut and I was sitting right next to the sub? Is this about right.. At what decimal could I not stand to listen to the sub?

Also, no one has answered the question if I will need to buy another battery?
