Yeah I am quite baffled as to how they managed to pull that off, like I thought the magnet would have been detached or something with that kind of damage to the basket / cone. Snova you said to contact David at RE. How much do you think a recone would cost on that? The actual coils seems to be still functional just a done basket and cone. I'm just thankful the other managed no damage at all! I think somethings up big time.

What would you recommend as an enclsoure for Ht for the single 15 left. Deep tight with lots of output is what I am in search of.

I have already filed for the insurance and yeah my thoughts exactly on the window only out of a 16 story building. I'm surprised the other survived. Do you think they will let me keep the one I am claiming for. If so then I'm gonna be more than willing for a recone since I am getting 250 for the insurance.

And good luck with the claim there *****es about it. I still got 2 claims in there system and am waiting on checks which im never going to get. been about 2 years on one and 1 on another. I just gave up after 6 months.

ROFL at the Ace Ventura comment!!!! Hope the bastard broke his foot in doing so! But yeah I got right on top of this claim stuff, called the UPS store that it was sent from, and supposedly they are gonna have a driver come out to inspect it. I can tell ya right now I won't be putting up with any of their BS. I will go to the newspapers if I have to and show up their bogus insurance policy.

But yeah I e-mailed TC sounds so hopefully they can get back to me tomorrow and let me know what they can do.

But as I stated before do you guys have any suggestions on a box for my HT for the remaining good 15 evo-r?

Ive seen fork lifts do some pretty nasty things. It was either that, or dropped from a pretty good height, like off a loading dock. It would depend on the quality of how it was packaged too though.

8cf. tuned to 21hz would be an ok box.....not a whole lot of kick to it but it'll be nicely suited for HT use.

And it's hard to get a reply from tc, your best bet would be calling RE.

Ya azn, I got 250 insurance put on it when it was shipped to me and yes the box was nothing more than flattneed tattered cardboard.
