Well the UPS man finally came today with my 15" evo-r's. Open up the package and one is in great shape, I take the other out and the cone is bent all to hell, the surround ripped, the frame snapped. Wow this is just a wonderful day for me.

I am livid, what the heck should I do now? How would I go about getting this **** thing replaced. Obviously Audiomobile is out of business but I heard that TC sounds does recones on them. Is that my option?

I have already filed for the insurance and yeah my thoughts exactly on the window only out of a 16 story building. I'm surprised the other survived. Do you think they will let me keep the one I am claiming for. If so then I'm gonna be more than willing for a recone since I am getting 250 for the insurance.

It was shipped UPS correct? Find out if he market it as replaceable or not.

They should let you keep it since you cannot get that motor retail anywhere.

I hope they let me keep it, it's a great motor from my experience and I can't say I've had a bad time with them. I can put my amp to them and they love me for it and want more ( 12's that is). I can only imagine what 2 of these 15's would have accomplished. Still gonna use the one as a ht sub while the 12's can now proceed onto the Rodeo.
