In TX, it is 4 classes if you have certain college credit, 6 classes if you don't. Each class is supposed to be 30 hrs, but there are many correspondence or online courses that don't take nearly as long. Take those, pass the state test, and you are good to go. Every state is different, but I imagine the requirements will be somewhat similar.x2.. How much is school for that anyways .. Its been a while since ive seen a classroom ..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Unfortunately, most realtors don't know the shit they should (but if they did, I wouldn't have a job //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ), but then again, they are not the ones doing very well either. Bottom line, with whatever you choose, if you want to make more money, you are going to have to be the best (or better) at what you do.Yea now that you say that , i know a girl who took her real estate license test in about 2 months and passed and is doing good.. and she doesnt no sh!t //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Yeah by the hour can be the way to go its not always a bad thing. My dad is paid salary for low 6 figures but if he was making hourly what his company charges for his time it could be 200k plus. Plus all the overtime you put in with salary isn't compensated.my dad gets paid by the hour...![]()

what you describe is not decent, you describe great. decent is paying your bills on time and having extra money each month. not necessarily able to do everything you want but able to make due.a "decent" life is subjective. to me a decent life is being able to do as i wish, in a nice little house that fits me and the family comforatably, has a 2 car garage and a workshop and all the tools I would need to work on my cars. That doesnt happen on 25k. To live comforatable your "lifestyle" shouldnt have to change, thats the whole point of being comforatable.

at least we can agree on that, comfotable and decent are 2 diff things. i honestly wish i had parents alive that i could live with if need be. enjoy every moment you have with them manI do that now, but I don't live by myself, I live with the parents going to school for mechanical engineering and in my opinion "comforatable" IS being able to pay your rent and do the things your family NEEDS plus a few wants, and able to support my hobby. I pay 200 a month, starting to pay half insurance in a few months, and pay all gas for my gas, and have plenty left over.
And no...im not employed as far as a "real" job is concerned, and I don't plan to be unless I fall behind on what I have going right now. I get my money legally, and do as I wish, when I wish.
