jl w7 vs. eclipse titanium

im looking at either purchasing two JL 13" w7's or two 15" eclipse titaniums. I've heard the w7's before, but i've never heard the eclipses'. im looking for something that has the highest blend of sq and spl and which type of box they would be best in. or maybe even a different brand and model that would be comparable.

The Eclipses hands down. JL is great, but the W7 is not worth the money...

No problem. Also, if you want a great SPL/SQ mix, try the Adire Audio Shivas, you can't beat $125 a piece for something that is almost as good as the Eclipse Ti. I personally think that they are a tad better...just my opinion!

I was not very impressed with the transient response of the ti, nor very happy with it's overall output, especially factoring in cost...

I'd go with the w7 myself if those were the two choices I had to stick with.

I'd take a 15" brahma over either of them though.

yeah the ti's would be my choice between those 2 but i wouldn't get either of them over the Brahma's or my personal fav. of blend between SPL and SQ the IDMAX subs. those are an awesome blend of SQPL and they handle good amount of power. man you must have some serious cash to throw around getting subs like that what kind of amps you gonna run??

neither...both too expensive, both not worth the money. it will just attract attention and your shit will get jacked

Thats why you buy a car alarm and park your car very close to your house. Anywayz with the choices given I would go with the Eclispe Ti's. Otherwise I would go with the Adire Shivas like ranger said they really cant be beat for the money.

here you go here be a few out of the norm great speakers that would definatly look awesome sound awesome and leave you with alot of green left over to do with whatever you like. i have heard 3 out of the six and i trust who told me about the others to justify a direct comperision..all 4 of these sell for 1/2 what the 2 you are looking at are going for and the bottom 2 i think are better hands down, the blue print is owned by my cousin in the rear of a 99 camaro and for a 1203 12" i was impressed but those cars make everything sound great even jensen lol but it sounded alot better than jensen lol had pretty good extention

im thinking of either running the subs with two xtants or two phoenix ti's...thanks for all the help
