what can you push them at, daily use? Im helping choose an amp for my friend, he has 3 W3v3, he said he wants it at 1000watts each, but the rms is 400watts..but i was looking around and people are pushing more, so i was thinking you can push it more then 400 watts?

im not sure if they are dual or single coil, nor the ohms..my friend hasnt got back to me.but what would you recomend to push them daily and recomendations on an amp to push them??

im going to get some and do 500 to each.. 1000 is to much

yeah 1000wrms to each is way to much. i was giving each of my w3's 400w and they sounded great. i think jl says anything over 500wrms each voids warranty. a xenon 1200.1 would work great, or any other amp that'll do 1200w at the ohm load you need.
