JL w3 vs ID v.2 vs SS Mule ?

it depends what you're after....SSMule more aimed@SPL..............the IDQv2 are very very very nice susband i would have to go for them - JL has is getting on a bit now, especially the w3, its been out for tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime

I love JLw3's there are such an efficient sub, they run great with either a little power or a good amount of power on them, they are an excellent sub choice!!! Little pricey though.

hmm well all three subs are around the same price

the only thing i am thinking of is the size of the enclosure it will need

i heard a car with 8 mules and man did that bass hit hard and low...it won the show actually

i also heard a civic with 2 ID v2 12's and it sounded great...just what i was looking for

the performance & price of IDQv.2's is great, it would be crinminal not to but@this price............whoever says w3's are BETTER than IDQ's is smoking too much crack...........they are even at worst, the IDQ coming out on top if you consider price, the underrated looks yet the excellent SQ SPL mix.......go get 'em!!!!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif :D

it's the ID v2

the difference is the IDQ handles 350 rms

and the ID handles 250 rms

i am gonna be giving it about 300rms for a RF amp

which you think i should get ?

Im not too familiar with the ID range as far to say as its ID’s lower end sub. I think you should get the IDQ range – great great sub……….many places did (don’t know if they still do) 2 for 1 offers when the IDMax was coming out and ID wanted to clear some stock room. The price difference isn’t very much at all

There are a couple of places, reliable, although I cant remember which of these do IDQ’s – http://www.cbrstereo.com, http://www.nexxon.com, http://www.thezeb.com, http://www.ikesound.com

There is also http://www.carmedia1.com - they are very very cheap and I haven’t seen any complaints about these guys personally but I am surprised their ID prices are soooo cheap………..the IDMax can be had from them for $250!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the IDQ’s are like $140 or something for the IDQv2 12”……….

no its quite a sensitive subwoofer, so should be ok, as long as ure not underpowering it drastically, whiuch u arent, it will be fine. oh and where u gonna get it from???
