JL RD400/4 vs Hertz HDP4

I recently purchased two sets of Hertz Mille MPK 165.4 Pro and the dealer that sold them to me recommended i purchase a RD400/4 amp for them as well. however those speakers are 110w RMS and 220w peak so i feel like 75w RMS might not be enough to reach full potential. what do you guys think is 75W enough or should i Buy the HDP4 which will do up to 150W RMS?

You might not find prices. Hertz is relatively dealer based.

The product is good, but prices are sometimes high. The ppi 900.4 is around 200. Food for thought

They're similar amplifiers with the RD having an edge as it's a new release by some of the best amplifier engineers in the industry. HDP4 has been around a while and the design is nothing special. However, I like power and I doubt you would hear a difference at low volume. Doubling the power, on the other hand, is definitely audible and it will keep you out of clipping more often.
