JL Mp Problems

I'm at a loss for an answer. I have a JL MM100s connected to a 4/400 JL amp pushing 4 8.8's. I have a 1/600 JL amp pushing a M/10 sub. The 4/400 amp's green light flickers when turned on but it will not stay lit. The 1/600 amp's green light comes on and stays on. The sub will not play but 1 pr of 8.8's will play. The other strange thing is the MM100s is a "dead head" and has to have an amp to push any speakers.

Please are there any experts out there that can help with this??
