8/10 condition. Used (obviously), so it does have a small knick or two across the top. All in all, the damage done to this amp after using it for a while, the signs of use are extremely minimal.

the e series is actually the cheaper build of JL, and is made in the same place that now builds their TMA products, a little lower grade.

And for the record, only the JL HD series amps are "good SQ"

Why would you say that? I personally am not a fan of Class D speaker amps. I have owned both the Slash series and the E series, and I like both.
