jl amp on RF hx2??

i got a good offer on a JL 500/1 amp. and i didnt really wanna pass it up, but i dont know that i'll have any use for it unless i can put it on one of my 15's i dont have room for both i have a RF hx2 600wrms the amp is 500 watts of coures. i thought the sub won't hold the amp because the jl amp seems to put out more power then that umm...can someone help i dont want to do anything without knowing

Just set your gains correctly, and you shouldn't have a problem with the JL.

my friend had a 15" w3 on this amp and it sounded awsome will the RF be albe to make nosie like the w3???that might be a dumb question but jus wanted to know

it should be able to, but that is dependant on the install. the W3 is a decent woofer, but far from good imo.

sorry but imo??? i have a custom q-logic box made for the HX2 15" its sealed and i think it is about 1.25^feet of air space?

i donno, best buy ordered it from q logic, they dont carry this box normally its made to the specs. for a hx2 in a sealed box. not so custom but according to best buy it is
