i love when they put a make belive RMS on the sub.. when i had my saz 3kd i would ask if i could hook it up and hear it at 3k rms

Its a driver from the Fathom series HT subwoofers. The only difference is the badge on the cone.

Looks like something they have rigged up to change the mounting depth.

Just the badge on the cone. On the w7, it has the w7 logo. On the Fathom sub, it has the JL logo.

The adapter on the bottom is to help seal the sub into the box. (Fathom) The HT subs are sealed and sealed very tight.

And if you thought the w7's were $$$, go check out the $$$$ on the HT subs.....
