JL 13W7 or DD 3515F

Well guys its another product opinion thread but I need some help here.

I just bought a DD M3a ill be uising to push with. Should be here early next week hopefully. My dilema is whether to go with 2 DD 3515F or 2 13w7?

The box is going to be custom built by one of Baton Rouge/New Orleans best so not worried about that.

What you guys think and why? I want the most SPL. not worried about much else.

my one w7 hit so god **** hard. also has great sq but **** did you feel it.

The 3500's will eat the w7s for a cheap snack. I do not care who says what, the w7 is NOT an SPL driver.

And yes, I have used and owned both....and currently using a 3512.

Well I heard the 9515 over the weekend for the first time. Dude had two of them on an old school m3 and it was scary loud. Like put the fear of God in your loud. I have NEVER heard two 15's sound like that before. If I was to guess how many subs he had by just listening I would have thought NO less than 4 15's minimum. I still cannot believe those subs.

How do the 3515's compare to the 9515's in SPL?

mine did ,so badly that the owner ,sold all his jl stuff the next week.and did it with a stetsom 2k6d and he had 2 w7's and 2 jl slash 1000/1. and still got his azz handed to him

Not probably....It will hands down...unless you really fuzk up the install somehow.

The 9500 are a whole other monster. With that, they need more power and like larger boxes

3500's are the perfect mix IMO of SPL and daily but like was said the 9500's are on there own level... Thats not to say they cant be musical either though...
