JL 13W7 & JL 1000/1 help

I forgot about these! I thought I sold em a while back! LOL!. Anyways, I have these in my storage for a few years now & was wondering how I'd wire them up in my 92 Mustang GT hatchback. Few Q's for yall:

*If I remember correctly, wasn't the 13W7 dual 1.5 ohm VC?

*How should I wire it to the JL 1000/1?

*Would my upgraded 130 amp alternator be ok with this?

*What gage wire would I need for the amp & sub?

series the coils

unless your front stage amps are pretty **** beefy you shouldn't have a problem with that alt. usually even stock amps have no problem...

the RIPS system on those amps does a good job

as far as cable i'd do at least 4 awg for the amp and 16-10 awg fer the speakers no point in going bigger

Thanks for the link! Yeah I totally thought I sold em years ago, but it was the JL 500/1, 500/5, & 12W7 & I kept these two. I got all this JL stuff through trading for a beater 89 Mustang & parts LOL!

A 1000/1 will not work at .75 impedance, the JL slash series amps are designed to put out the same power from 1.5 to 4 ohm, so at 3 ohms it will be just fine.
