Apparently the glue melted on the coil, no burns or other damage just starting to unravel basically. to my knowledge there is no recone for this woofer (someone let me know if i'm wrong). Not sure if anyone knows how to replace the coil themselves as that is the only defect to the subwoofer. the most power the sub had ever seen was from an ed nine.1 with gain never more than 1/2
