I would say crossfire VR2000D. 2300 watts @ 1 ohm, 2000watts @ 2 ohm. I have one and it is awsome. They might be a little hard to find cause they are new. If not I would go with the new JL 1000/1 but it really depends how much you want to spend. I would say the crossfire is the best for the money. anywhere between 800-1200 dollars depending on who it is.
