JL 10w1 or Arc 10d2?

I can't decide. The only thing is the 10w1 is about $50 cheaper. They'll both be run off an Arc 4050 using the rear channels bridged. This would only give about 200W rms, which is more than the 10w1 needs (150w) but not enough for the Arc (250w). I"m trying to save money by not having to buy another amp.

I'm looking for something small, that won't take up too much trunk space with good SQ. Not interested in loud, booming bass that'll wake up the neighbor; Just something nice to round out the package. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
