jesen dvd deck.can it play movies from the j-port

i have a jensen vm9510 in dash dvd unit. i have a 60 gig video ipod and i am wondering if i buy the jensen j-port will i be able to play my movies off my ipod onto my screen? if not then what can i do to play movies and songs off my ipod to my unit and have it charge at the same time?

do you know of any system that you can use to make it play video's too?

Get an adapter for the Ipod so you have standard Audio and video outputs..Then the Ipod will play on any Audio Video source unit that has aux input...including the Jensen...but you'll have to use the Ipod controls not the Stereo system controls....

ok thanks! i found them on ebay and there alot cheaper then the j-port also.
