Jerk on Ebay buys and no pay

Definately sounds like a scam. I received an email from "eBay Warehouse Services" about a car I had bid on. They wanted me to send a deposit of, I think it was $2,500. They wanted $6,500 for a car that was worth $12,000. Here's part of the email:

It was tempting but the last part is what really got me to thinking it was a scam.
The 1st time eBay acting as a 3rd party should have got you to thinking that.

eBay doesn't involve itself with anything of the sort, ever.

Yeah it kinda did but I was still hoping it was true. There was a link in that email too and it pulled up a site with a .ro at the end. It was like ebay.com.ro, it was a login page. I tried just putting something in to see if it'd take me to the next page but it wouldn't unless I put in my actual ebay password and username. I logged in and it was a very realistic looking ebay page. I changed my ebay password right after that just to be safe. Now that link just leads here: http://hub.ebay.com/buy.
