jensen vm9424bt and xm radio, need help.

Folks, I'm attempting to hook up xm radio to my Jensen VM9424bt head unit, I purchased the CNP2000UC that has to be programmed for each individual head unit but for the life of me I cannot find the drivers(computer wont recognice the cnp2000uc when hooked up to my pc using a usb cable) also I cannot find the download program from Jensen or Audiovox, can someone point me in the right direction to get this done, any help would be greatly appreciated.
