Jensen Vm9311 In Dash Help!!!

I have been installing for quite some time now but i know i will get alot of bad feedback about this question, this is my personal vehicle and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to bypass the ebrake wire.. i have done this many times but never with a jenson.. ive tried hooking it to a toogle switch and doing the sequence it asks for and also tried just hookin to a ground no of which has worked.... so if someone has hooked up a vm9311 it would help tremendously and like i said this is my personal vehicle and its my responsibility to or not to watch it while im driving so please help

you need a kill switch switch dats 1 way you can have it workin

This will work with out haveing to do anything to the pink wire just tape it and leave it alone. But the next time you unhook ur battery cable you will have to put the code in again. Put in DVD

right when the blue screen comes up

hit STOP twice

punch in 1,2,6, and 4

hit DOWN 1 time not 2

hit PLAY/ENTER

**at this point the display became visible and i could now see the menu which made it much easier.

hit DOWN one more time to change macrovision

hit PLAY/ENTER

hit SYS SETUP twice to save and exit menu
