I just installed a Jensen VM9324 and the radio tuner won't play every time the power is turned back on. Everything else works fine. The tuner screen will display, but there's no sound. I've tried a few tricks like turning the volume control and going to the equalizer and changing the settings, but it still doesn't play. I have to turn the unit on and off a few times to get it to play. I can play a cd or use the USB slot etc. The radio is the only thing that's messed up. If I shut if off for only a little while, it's fine. Otherwise I have to turn it on & off a few times or use the reset button (which resets everything). It's wired properly.
So.... I thought I'd try a firmware update, but I can't find anyplace to download one. Any ideas?
