(JBL GTO1204BP-D + GTO1201.1) ?good quality?

I saw an enticing ad on craigslists for a JBL preloaded enclousure, which is the GTO1201.1, two twelve's, and a JBL GTO1201.1, which is a 1200 watt amplifier for $550. Is this a good deal? And is this going to be a quality set-up? I used to have two JL 12w6v1's, how is this going to compare? Please reply soon because i need to make a quick decision. Also, does anyone have any suggestions on what I could buy in the $500-$700 price range, I'm looking for something that is really loud, but also has good sound quality. Thanks.
