does it require a certain router bit? ive always been confused by them

its calculated for a certain size bit, but it will only fit on certain routers

1/4 bit for the JJ...I got the dual jig package from PE.com, and I think they're worth their weight in gold, personally.

it's just a plain 1/4 straight bit...

I got the spiral bit, similar to the rotozip style bit, for my router. Awaiting my jig to come in the mail.

PE has a package deal for the Jasper 200 and 400 I do believe and is worth it. Cheapest place to order them as well.
