quick question....so how bad do they actually hate us white people?

My girls aunt is white and she was treated very well on the trip but I'm not sure how Jamaicans really feel about white people,also her biracial son has dreads and he was offered a few blunts

jamaica was originally inhabited by the arawak indians, columbus landed, claimed it for spain, enslaved the indians, most were killed, big surprise

later england took control from the spainish

jamaica was a stopping point in the atlantic slave route, so as the indians before them, they were the new slaves

a few things to clear up, any place along the beach is a tourist trap, total hustling and garbage, to many americans and uk'ers trying to get their drink on, little respect

the hills are pretty safe, the people are cool, but the taxi drivers are not always so cool, keep that in mind

also that "other jamaican" in the tomb below nesta is his brother, he was shot in miami i believe and laid to rest there

out of respect your not allowed to take pictures, i've been many times, if your into reggae and rastafari its a very spiritual place

next time skip the cruise, go straight to jamaica, stay in the hills, its the true jamaica

cheers on that bro, its a beautiful place, but most forget that the government is totally corrupt, the island is totally in debt with the world bank, unemployment is high, so what is someone to do to make ends meet and feed their family? crime pays sad to say, and many times tourist are the mark

just keep your wits about you and always be respectful, you'll be fine bro
