Jaguar 1996 xj6- Vanden Plas Harmon Kardon Replacement

I need help totally gutting the Factory HArmond Kardon Deluxe soundsystem in my 96' Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas and replace it with a badass stereo.

I hear that this is a difficult thing to do but instead of re-inventing the wheel or hiring someone with little or no expereince and paying them extra for their education on the system change, i am requesting anyone with real experience in this exact situation.

I would like to change the deck speakers and add woofers and amps etc...The wiring diagrams for (seems like 20 **** factory speakers) is hard to come buy and the deck's integrated into the system.

If someone has this down to a science, i could use some help?
