ok i'm tryin to get some help here......i got an offer to transfer to the center in nyc........the pay there is about $20,000 more per year.......here in j-ville i'm makin $41 an hour....i bring home just under $80,000 a year....nyc i'm make close to $100,000. the only prob is i'm kinda scared to go to that city....i'm from tennessee originally so big cities kinda scare me. jacksonville is big but spread out.....does anyone who has been to nyc think it would be worth the extra money or would the hassle and cost of living cancel it out?

well it depends on what kind of lifestyle u want. small cities have a more relax lifestyle, house, garden, everybody knows u (or at least a lot of people do) while living in a big city u have a more active lifestyle, traffic, appartment, no garden, but u do get all the cultural stuff like broadway, the madisson square, museums etc...

ull get used to noise (u probably r already anyways) meet some new friends and neighbors and learn the "donts" to avoid insecurity issues.

id say go for it. besides nyc is not that big (compared to mexico city that is)
