Here is where I'll post the music I listen to. It's not your every day Waka, Gucci, Jeezy.. blah blah blah. I'm not saying it good rap. I'm saying this is what I choose to bump. Hell, I don't even really like rap to be honest. I especially don't listen to rap for lyrics.

So take notes, Google these guys.. you shouldn't be disappointed if you're just looking for new music to bump ridin' through yo hoodz.

We'll start this off right with some $tarlito (aka All$tar). He's a bro out of Nashville, TN. I've been listening to him for some odd years. One of the more "lyrical" southern rappers. He has an unusual style. Still kinda the "trap rapper" type do0d. But who isn't now days? He's got tons of free stuff @

Next we'll do Don Trip. He's "new" to the industry. Been around for a couple years but has been underground until just recently. Still not getting radio play but is a lot more popular than he used to be. His hit single was "Letter to My Son" which is an alright track.. but not his best by any means. I'm into crunk shit.. so his crunk tracks stick out to me a little more. His youtube is here:

On to someone who is a little better overall artist. I'd consider him to be very lyrical being from the south. Also produces all his own work. IMO, will go down as a southern legend right next to UGK, OutKast, 8Ball & MJG.. etc.

Big K.R.I.T. is that dude. He kinda falls into that "bud smoker" type of rap thing that is going on right now like Smoke DZA, Wiz Khalifa.. etc, but not to be discredited in the least because Wiz is TRASH. I've been listening to this guy for a couple years now & he's finally getting the attention he deserves which is surprising. Anywho.. here's some tracks I like.

Next we'll go with Young Dolph. Another bro out of Memphis. His production is NASTY. It's nice to hear people still rapping over DJ Squeeky beats. Not many people know he still exists.. but Dolph KILLS his beats. He's garbo as far as lyrics go.. but like I said in post #1.. I NO CARE. Anyway, he we go.
