I thought the CDT MS-100 wanted 100w RMS but that was the MS-80 ( //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif )

No they should still sound good. They just wont be driven hard. But they will still sound good with clean Nakamichi watts. I would be the amp is a touch under rated also.
