meh...I'd much rather have my old xplods for bass than no bass...they can sound alright, but obviously not up to par with a decent/relatively loud system

sold em to a friend a long time ago and he's always been happy with them, and believe me...i beat the shit out of them...still going strong...hell I used to bottom them out (in a sealed box) for fun lol

my xplod doesn't **** too bad IMO, then again the loudest system I've ever heard up close was 3 type Rs sealed off of 1k+ RMS. When I hear a real system up close its gonna roxxor my boxxorz
