im not trying to start jit but his parents are horrible. wont even let the kid come over because i do car audio. which makes me a bad influence

So you are saying he cant do his classes without the internet? If that is the case, isn't there a department of the gov't that takes care of neglected children. Beong left at home alone with no schooling or clothes seems to fit that bill to me

he has clothes. but they wont buy him any new ones . i dont think i could turn them in honestly. he has a good home. just currupt
