issues with orion hcca 225 G4

i have a orion hcca 225 G4 amp. yesterday it popped both fuses. now i'm not doing anything crazy with the amp. i'm powering 2 10" kicker comp vr's wired @ 2 ohms and running stereo. the amp has not been pushed or beaten on but all of the sudden both fuses popped. i can put 2 new fuses in and they are fine till i turn the amp on. once it gets a remote signal, both fuses pop instantly! i've checked wiring and everything is solid. even pulled the amp apart and inspected for burns etc and can't find anything wrong!

does anyone have any idea what could possibly be causing this? any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've had several of these amps in the past and have never had an issue running 2 ohm stereo with any of them though. I had a G2 that I ran at .5 ohm mono with a cooling fan flowing air through the amp! Never had an issue and ran competition with it! I don't see any reason this one should struggle since it is rated to be stable @ 2 ohm stereo
