Yes, and no.

edit: to explain, as an electronic technician we run tests on specific equipment, preventative maintenence type tests with an array of test equipment controlled by a central computer. When the equipment fails a specific test, we have to find out why and fix it. Basically we press "c" for continue over and over again until it says ,"Test failed" then the fun happens.

my job is repetitive, but only in the sense that I do the same thing everyday....I am not like a manual laborer who puts the same screw in the same place with the same tool everyday

I'm a cashier at a grocery store, and I say and do the same thing EVERY FREAKIN DAY.

No. I'm a buyer of numerous things and each type of material is different. So I deal with the orders, future orders, new suppliers, existing suppliers finding new materials, solving issues...etc etc. I could go a few days without ever doing the same type of thing.
