Is WinISD Port Lenght Correct?

I have an enclosure that is 5.1ft^3 after woofer displacement want it to be tuned to 35-40htz with port 3" x 10"... what is the port length? WinISD says 6.75" for 37.17 htz; that sounds short to me. Is Win correct?

With a cross area of only 30^2 I would say that the 6.90" vent length is right.

A port 6.5X10X18.10 with the 5.1^3 box before port displacements would give you a tunning of 37.17 and 65^2
