I haven't even been on the forum since friday night aside from somebody emailing me saying that a couple of you had gotten into it over something that shouldn't have happened anyhow.
I've twisted nothing around, i do not get where you are coming from on that. As far as i know you and a couple other members of that board who are in no affiliation at all with that Fi got into an argument when the entire staff from the whole board was gone, we have other things to do other then edit your posts and answer questions 24 hours a day, i'm sorry i work 70++ hours a week at another job and i was out of town and away from a pc the vast majority of last week.
What happened there was with no affiliation of anything to do with SSA, or Fi. It was between you and another user of a product not seeing eye to eye and in turn causing a huge argument over something that if you would have enough patience for us to get it handled when we get back into town (We work monday-friday 9 to 5 pacific we do not work on the weekends) it would have never happened.
Moral of the story, ask us, we'll get back to you. It may not be until Monday or Tuesday if you post on a weekend or a Friday evening, but we will get back to you and we will get the situation handled.
Now, have you chilled out yet and figured out that when Scott is back from a business trip that we will get things figured out on what we are going to do?
