Is this repairable?

I just got a good deal on 2 W7s... $225 for both and a box... One is in good condition but the other one is ripped... The foam around it has ripped and I want to know if that is repairable. Here's the pic:

If this is repairable I was wondering how I would repair it, Who can repair it and how much it would cost to repair. Thanks in advanced for the input.

Well, that's probably a recone. JL's are very expensive to recone.

buy GOOP at home depot and goop the **** outta it. let it dry 2 days and then try it out. goop is super stuff!

You guys are sure that there isn't an amazing trick to get a new surround? Btw the ebay item I ordered the surround and it is a cheap replacement

Bla... This guy makes subs or modifies them so I guess he can talk. I'm just doing the best with what I have: a college lifestyle, blind optimism, minimal knowledge in car audio and a pocket full of money.
