Is this amp too powerful?

I have two 10 inch Kicker subs that have a 150rms and max out at 300 watts i think and im going to buy this 750 watt amp with 350 rms. Am i going to overpower the subs and fry them? I dont plan to max them out or anything, just looking for some big bass.

It should be fine but im wanting to make sure.

Oh and i can wire the 4 ohm speakers to the 2 ohm amp just fine right?

Also will my headlights dim at all with the amp?

2 - 4 ohm speakers wired in parallel = a 2 ohm load.

You will be fine with a 350 watt amp on subs that are rated 300 for the pair.

You will prolly not have "big bass" with that kind of power.

it is 750 rms at 2 ohms, and as long as you set your gains properly you will be fine, for example i run my speaker amp 377rms per channel into 4 ohms on 100watt rms speakers.
