As this person is here in Canada, there are a number of things that you US guys do not know about. Quite a few companies will not ship to Canada. Then we have to tag on an enormous shipping charge, customs and brokerage fees (cover your butt here as it will hurt real bad), 7% GST the second it hits the border and finally the US to Canadian $ conversion.

As far as the wire goes, if one company making wire in Singakoreachinatiawanapore is making wire for 10 companies, chances are it is pretty much the same wire from company to company, just a different jacket on it. Scosche wire is fine, I've used it for over 20 years, this is longer than most people on this site have been alive.

Personally, I think that A&B or FS in Canada was giving it to you up the arse. Find a good local shop and buy from them. If you want a referral to a local shop in your area, drop me a e-mail to forbidden@telus.net

thanks forbidden that was easy to read and full of info to both me and the americans who dont understand we are taxed more than english town's people under a corrupt king yo.I was thinking of a joint in town called traffic jams since its not a chain store and i heard good things about the shop.However since posting in the for sale thread people have been giving better offers than i can get from online stores //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif so looks like the wire we come from a member of ca.com here in canada if i can to save on shipping but the best offer i got so far was 16 guage wire @ 500 feet for 80 us shipped.so if anyone can beat that pm me.

Also the shipped price if it is a US quote will still not cover all of the add ons that they have absolutely zero control over (thus cannot quote on) when the product hits the border. Keep that in mind. All wire is also not created equal. There is some real crappy wire on the market today, so be a little careful at the same time.
