Is this a refurbed board?

I got my dad a Soundstream USA 305 used in the classifieds here. When i go to amp guts all of the USA series amps have an american flag silkscreened on the board , but the one i got doesn't. Was this a limited time thing or is this a refurbished board??

On closer inspection i notice my amp has different parts too , look closely

As I recall it was a limited run type of thing. It's been a long time though, so I may be remembering wrong, lol.

I don't know , i do see that there is way more of the white ceramic resistors on mine and all of the capacitors are different colors. Weird??

Nah, I'm going with my first answer. I was a huge proponent of SoundStream way back when. I think you simply have a different revision of the board. First difference I noticed was that yours lacks the circuit breakers for each channel (the little gray boxes standing up off the board), but also the things you mentioned. Same number of resistors on the sub channel, though (8).

So , i wonder if i have a digitally controlled protection circuit or something instead of the relays??

And i see what you mean about the sub sections resistors , on mine the 8 blue ones are missing and i have gained 8 of the large white ones instead.
