Is this a goodlayout

Well, im planning my build now and i was wondering if this layout was cool...what i have

-A false floor

-Speaker amp

-Sub Amp

-A Nightshade 15

-and a box thats about 3-4cuft tuned to 36 hz...

im not familiar with this sub so any input is welcome

If it is going in a trunk then that looks good, I'm sure someone will chime in that has experience with the nightshade (as I don't) and tell you if the cubes and tuning looks correct.
