I'm looking for a decent SPL setup that I can play with.

I found an ad for a 15" Kicker L7 (2008/new unit/not a refurb) in a eBay ported box *tuned 38hz*(built for the solobaric) . Includes a Quantum Audio QCA2000D amp which I never heard of. Amp claims 2000w max @ 1ohm. Seller offered to take $300 for it.

I haven't got the chance to listen to it yet but assuming everything goes well...pretty good deal or spend money on something else?

I'd say offer him 150 for just the subwoofer and the box, then buy urself a decent amp.

his ad was listed for 400 but i talked him down to 300. i doubt he will go lower?
