I went to a electronics shop today to drop off my mono amp to see what it would cost to get fixed. While I was there, i saw they had a few amps for sale that were used. There was a earthquake phd2 there for $200 cdn, so thats like $165 usd. It is not in very good shape, but has a 90 day warrenty on parts and labour.

i dont really care what it looks like, but is it worth that. It says 1000rms @4ohm, and 2000rms @ 2ohm. Awfully small amp, though, and only accepts 4ga power:crap: , but has 8 ga speaker.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif . Anyone know if it comes close to rated power?

oh its guarenteed to work, and comes with a 90 day warrenty on parts and labour. i would hook it up in the parking lot, to check it out as well.

thats a decent amp especially with the warranty you can't go wrong //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
by decent does that mean rated power? just wondering. i guess i am still old school a bit, and that amp is small, about 3/4 the size of my junk insignia temp amp. weights a bunch though. more than a really large ma audio amp that is at least twice its size.
