Is this a good deal for a truck?

No, that isn't a good deal to me. The price reflects all the mods the truck has on it. I like to use Kelly Blue, Nada, and Edmonds for pricing for I can get some figures of what a vehicle is worth. And then I come up with a number that I think the vehicle is worth. If I really like it I will make an offer. But that perosn price really reflects all the stuff that is added IMO.

Too much for it. A nice early 2000's S10 Extreme is selling for just about $9k around here...

I'm currently in the market for a late 90's (1997 is my target) S10 right now. Getting tired of my Civic.

Meh. The 4.3 gets like 20mpg highway iirc. The 2.2L 4 banger gets around 25. It's been hard for me to find an S10 in the year range I want (late 90's) that's a 4 cylinder, extended cab, and not all beat up.

Yes i bought my S10 for 25 (single cab 4cyc)but all stocked little by little you will fix it up by putting rims / beat / etc.. and will cost you less money then already buying it fixed up and you would also like it more since you did all the work yourself
