its in perfect condition and it comes with a box that is 13.5 x 13.5 x 13.5 its cube shaped

Is the box sealed? If so, I guess it's an okay deal, as long as the sub's in pristine condition.

85 bucks brand new on ebay... but yours comes with a box, so thats not TOO terrible I dont guess. I'd try to talk em down if you really want it.
