Is there much of a difference between the 8812 or the SW8122?

I know that this question had been asked in the past but there were no answers to the post so I thought I would ask again. The reason I'm asking is because I have the chance to purchase either the 8812, the SW8122DVC or the 88100DVC and which would the better choice be as far as for the 12s.

The only reason I'm thinking of purchasing the 88100 is because it's a 10" sub and I don't have to purchase a new box at the moment. That purchase could be in the future and most likely get a custom sealed box for it.
