Is there any difference b/t these amp kits?

Is there any difference between these two amp kits? My friend is going to help me install my system. I know absolutely nothing about car audio, so he told me to buy the ebay one. The auction is now over, but I found a cheaper one anyway that appears to be the same kit in different packaging. My friend is out of town and I want to go ahead and order the kit if it is the same. Are these two kits exactly the same? Does the ebay one have any advantages over the interstore.com one?

it will be powering 2 Polk Ex-10's from a Power acoustik Bamf 800/2 amp. Seriously I know nothing, so help me out.

the amp does 360wrms

the knu option would be better, but yes the 4gauge pyle will work.
